Acceptable computer art:

We can accept the following Mac software:                                   We can accept the Following PC formats
  • Coral Draw  ( up to version 10 ) Export all files in an .eps send all support files, export text as curves.
  • Adobe Illustrator ( up to version 9 ) Save as .eps convert all text to outline

  • Coral Draw  ( up to version 11 ) Export all files in an .eps format for PC, send all support files, export text as curves.
  • Adobe Illustrator CS2 Save as .eps files, convert text to outlines.

Unacceptable computer art:

  • MS Powerpoint

  • MS Publisher

  • MS Word, or other word processing programs

  • Bitmaps (.bmp)

  • Low res .jpgs (.jpg)

  • .gif files

Sending art via email:
Phone and fax numbers. as well as contact name(s). PO numbers and item description should be included on your email, in case we need to contact you about your artwork. If possible, use a compression utility to avoid corruption of files. Please follow the email with a fax of your PO, and a hard copy of the art to verify position & placement.

If our artist is required to create art for you, or work to "clean up" your art submitted, the rate of $35.00 per hour will be charged.
